Trouble Logging In

Please make sure that you enter in your full email address (i.e. name@address.com) and password when logging in. If this does not work, please follow the step below to retrieve your password.

To retrieve your password, please click on the following link to reset your password.

Searching for Properties

  1. Log in to www.loopnet.com
  2. Choose either For Sale or For Lease .
  3. Click More sale search options or More lease search options .
  4. Locate the street address/intersection field and enter the listing address and click Search .
  1. Yes, searches can be saved for use next time you visit LoopNet by clicking the Save button at the top right of your search results page. This allows you to enter your search criteria once and save it for future use, saving you time and effort.
  2. Once you’ve clicked the Save button, simply name your search for future use and indicate if you would like to receive email alerts on new listings that match your search criteria.
  3. When you’re done, click the Confirm button. Your saved searches and alerts can be found in the drop down menu below your name each time you login.
  1. New listing alerts can be set after performing a search on LoopNet.
  2. Once you’ve entered your desired search criteria, click the Save button at the top right of your search results page.
  3. Give your saved search a memorable title that will be used in the subject line of your new listing alert emails.
  4. Choose whether you would like to receive weekly or daily updates and click Confirm .

Note: You can stop your new listing alert emails at any time by clicking the Saved Search & Alerts option in the drop down menu below your name on the top right of LoopNet pages and selecting the Off button on the desired alert.

  1. Yes, once you’ve started a search, you can add one or more keywords by clicking the Filter button at the top of your search results.
  2. Enter your desired search terms in the Keyword ; field and then click Search .
  3. Multiple keywords can be entered at one time to further refine your results.
  1. You can find a local broker to help you find the perfect property by clicking the Find a Broker link in the navigation menu at the top of the site.
  2. Refine your search by property type expertise, location, or search for a specific broker.
  3. Select from a number of brokers and email them through the site or call them directly.

Adding, Editing, Managing, or Marketing Your Listing

Editing User Information

  1. Log in to www.loopnet.com and select the My Profile tab.
  2. Click Change next to the field you would like to update.
  3. Enter the updated information and click Update .
  1. Log in to www.loopnet.com and select the My Account tab.
  2. Click Change next to your company information.
  3. Search for your company, or if your company is not found, create a new one by clicking click here to add a new company .
  4. Enter your company information and click Continue .
  1. Log in to www.loopnet.com and select the My Account tab.
  2. Click Update Your Profile or Edit My Profile and enter your bio, expertise, a full color photo and more!
  3. Click Save Changes .

Billing Questions

  1. Log in to www.loopnet.com and select the My Account tab.
  2. Click View next to My Current Products/Billing info .
  3. Click Change next to the payment method that you would like to update.
  4. Make the appropriate changes to your credit card information and click Update .

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the updated information to reflect on the My Account page.

  1. Log in to www.loopnet.com and select the My Account tab.
  2. Click View next to Transaction History .
  3. Choose a time period from the drop down menu to view a history of your transactions.
  4. Find the invoice of interest and click the invoice number.
  5. Click the Print button in Adobe Acrobat Reader to print your invoice.

Note:

  • You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view and print your invoice. To download a FREE copy of this application, simply go to: get.adobe.com/reader
  • Invoices are available for the previous 12 month period.
